Paper Published: "A Deep Learning Tool for reliably separating and analyzing crowded cells"

Dr. Yang, Dr. Narayan, Dr. Chen, and Dr. Melcher worked with members of Stanford's departments of bioengineering and electrical engineering to create a nuclear segmentation model, NuSeT, that generates accurate segmentation in pathology imaging and detecting nuclear bodies. 

The paper was published in "PLOS Computational Biology" on September 14, 2020, after being accepted on July 25, 2020.
